A2:3 Boek uw accommodatie (Book your accomodation)

Learning goals

• Boek en reserveer een kamer - per telefoon, e-mail en online. (Book and reserve a room - by phone, email and online.)
• Begrijp hotel- en kamertypes. (Understand hotel and room types.)

A2:4 Op het vliegveld en in het vliegtuig. (At the airport and in the plane.)

• Het incheckproces voor uw vlucht: op de luchthaven en online. (The check-in process for your flight: at the airport and online.)
• Vraag naar informatie over vluchtschema's en terminals. (Ask for information on flight schedules and terminals.)

• Vraag om wijzigingen of extra services tijdens uw verblijf. (Request changes or extra services during your stay.)
• Meld eventuele problemen met betrekking tot uw verblijf bij de receptie. (Report any issues related to your stay at the reception.)
