2. Baas: Hallo Jan. Waarom bel je mij? Je moet al op je werk zijn. (Hello Jan. Why are you calling me? You should already be at work.) Show
3. Medewerker : Ik voel me heel ziek. Ik hoest veel en ik heb een beetje koorts. (I feel really sick. I am coughing a lot and I have a bit of a fever.) Show
4. Baas: Heb je griep? Of de maandagochtendziekte? Heb je een doktersbewijs? (Do you have the flu? Or the Monday morning sickness? Do you have a doctor’s note?) Show
5. Medewerker : Ik kan nergens een dokter vinden. Ik voel me niet goed en ik ben erg misselijk. (I can't find a doctor anywhere. I don't feel well and I am very nauseous.) Show
6. Baas: Jan, zonder doktersbewijs kan dat niet. Je meldt je zo aan op het werk of er zijn consequenties. (Jan, without a doctor's certificate that's not possible. You need to report to work soon or there will be consequences.) Show
7. Medewerker : Ok. Ik ga naar de dokter en vraag een bewijs. (Okay. I will go to the doctor and ask for a certificate.) Show
